"I have insurance currently with them. State Farm had asked for a copy of my kids license or my insurance would be cancel. So I emailed them the information they needed along with copies of their drivers licenses. About two months ago my daughter had got into a uber accident as a passenger she was not even driving. Hospital needed insurance info for billing purposes. Come to find out my insurance had been canceled for about a month. So myself and my wife been driving without any insurance thank God neither one of us had got to a accident. When I called them they told me I had never sent over a copy of my kids driver license. Luckily everything is done by email so I look up and send them the information. My insurance had overlap cause of a error on there end. So after all that had to reinstated the policy. Paid all 6 month's at one time almost 1900 after a week I'm told I needed another payment of 1200 or my insurance was going to be canceled again. I've tried calling them several times the lady up front desk says they would return my call . Till this day still waiting on a call back"
